Course Program will include the content and materials provided by us in connection with the Course Program. Unless otherwise expressly defined below, the capitalized terms used herein have the meaning assigned to them in the Terms of Service . These Terms of Purchase do not limit the Terms of Service and are in addition thereto, and in the event of a conflict between the Terms of Service and these Terms of Purchase, these Terms of Purchase will control. By purchasing access to Course Program, you hereby agree to these Terms of Purchase and the Terms of Service.
1.1 Enrollment. To participate in the Course Program you must enroll and make full payment of the Fee and any other amounts set forth herein by any Payment Method made available to you prior to the end of the Enrollment Period. The period to enroll in the Course Program is: 12:00 A.M. PST on September 22, 2020, through 11:59 P.M. PST on October 14, 2020 (the “Enrollment Period”); however, we reserve the right to modify the Enrollment Period at any time and without notice.
The fees for the Course Program are set forth as follows: (i) USD$1999, by any Payment Method other than via Klarna Services or the Payment Plan, (ii) USD$2,388 by Payment Plan, or (iii) subject to the Klarna Terms, USD$2,376, plus any fees and financing charges assessed by Klarna or its bank partner, if Klarna Services is used as the Payment Method (the “Fee”).
1.2 Payment. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time and which may include payment through your account by a third party. All fees are payable in U.S. Dollars, and for purposes of clarity, you will be responsible for all exchange rate fluctuations. The User hereby authorizes Business Class to bill the User’s Payment Method upon confirmation of a purchase, and the User further agrees to pay any charges so incurred. The User shall be responsible for all taxes associated with the Service other than U.S. taxes based on Business Class’s net income. If a User disputes any charges, the User must let Business Class know within thirty (30) days after the date that Business Class charges the User, otherwise, such User hereby waives any and all such claims. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your User Account, we may suspend your access to the Course Program and Service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, your issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Check with your Payment Service Provider for details. We will also allow you to pay in accordance with a payment plan (the “Payment Plan”), subject to the terms set forth herein, or using payment methods made available by Klarna Inc. (“Klarna,” and such payment methods and services offered by Klarna, the “Klarna Services”) pursuant to the terms and conditions of Klarna [link] (the “Klarna Terms”). Without modifying anything herein, if you elect to pay the Fee pursuant to a Payment Plan, you authorize Business Class to charge or debit your Payment Method for USD$199 when you enroll in the Course Program and to charge or debit your Payment Method for subsequent payments of $199 USD on or about the same day of the month for eleven (11) months following your first payment, totaling $2,388 USD. We may terminate your access to the Course Program if you miss any payment due pursuant these terms. You will immediately lose access to your User Account and your right to use our services will be revoked seven (7) days after your payment declines. If you pay us for a Course Program using Klarna Services, Klarna may charge you an amount greater than the Fee is $2,376, plus any fees and financing charges assessed by Klarna or its bank partner, subject to the Klarna Terms. We may terminate your access to the Course Program if you miss any payment due pursuant the Klarna Terms or if your Klarna account is “delinquent.”
The Course Program is not a subscription payment model that can be canceled or “paid in part,” where you can pay only for access to certain elements of the Course Program and not others.

If any of your User Account, order, or Payment Method information changes, you agree to promptly update this information, so that we or our Payment Service Providers may complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We are not liable for any unauthorized use of your credit card, debit card, or other Payment Method by a third party in connection with your use of the Site or the Service.
